Each door is built on a 2” thick, steel-back insulated panel, providing exceptional structural integrity, durability, and energy efficiency. We then apply custom-crafted wood overlays using premium hardwoods such as Clear Cedar, White Oak, Mahogany, or Knotty Pine to create depth, texture, and true carriage-house detail.

This construction method delivers the authentic appearance of a solid wood carriage door while benefiting from the stability and insulation of a steel-core foundation.
